Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Turnaround Time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers:

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we partner with the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information if available. Please note that some USPS First Class Mail shipments may not include tracking.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and delivery location. Your exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout for review before finalizing your purchase.

Back Orders:

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available portion of your order immediately. Once the back-ordered item is restocked, we will ship the remaining products at no additional shipping cost.

Return Policy

All Sales Are Final:

Quick POS Now does not accept returns or issue refunds for Clover POS Systems after delivery.

Refused Shipments:

If a purchaser refuses delivery of a Clover POS System before receipt, applicable restocking fees will apply for each piece of equipment or peripheral.

Restocking Fees:

  • Clover POS Systems (Clover Station, Mini, Mobile, Flex): $250 per unit.
  • Clover Peripherals (Cash Drawer, Barcode Scanner, Kitchen Printer, etc.): $10 per unit.
